      Very busy, can be stressful Will often be pushed outside your comfort zone (arguably this is a pro) Information can be difficult to track down in company, a lot of new employees

      Opportunity to work with bright people on a mission that's truly changing the world. Good work life balance, exciting things to work on, good work culture and ethics. If you can't get excited about what's happening at OneWeb you may need a pulse check.

      Cons

      This is my first startup. It took a little bit of time to get used to not having every resource available immediately.
