I have been working for OW since January and can honestly say I love my job. I have been able to grow and develop my skills in a short space of time and am excited for what my future holds. There are plenty of pros for working at one world here are just a few: - Collaborative team culture during the week with WFH days - Meeting and working with great individuals both professionally and personally - Members of the senior leadership team are easy to reach out to and build a rapport with, especially because they sit amongst the team and are not secluded - Great office vibe, there is a big open kitchen plan that makes it easy to get to know your coworkers and encourages a social setting - The ability to progress and develop - my line manager constantly pushes for "whats next" and how I can achieve these things with realistic goal setting - Plenty of Diversity and inclusion, this is something I was actively looking for in my next role. A company that actively works to improve and incorporate D&I and doesnt say so on their website - And of course the socials!! every month there is a new and exciting team social that everyone gets involved in. The activities vary so its inclusive for everyone an not just typical work nights in london
