      Stay away. MLM Companies like these will be illegal once regulars stop turning a blind eye

      Cons

      100% commission, cult like atmosphere, 1099, deceptive and manipulative practices. Door to door sales contractor under the guise of "management training". It's a scam. Like any scam someone has to profit and it only attracts those with little to no options while their time would be best left to finding a real job.

      Commission only!! No benefits, no reimbursements and work 10-9 M-S!! They say they promote and open new offices but they haven't opened a single new office through their "management training program". The only so called new offices are people they brought in from another company!! Prepare to work hard and make absolutely no money while management makes money off those below them...new age pyramid scheme!!

      Non-traditional atmosphere. Good sales training if you've just graduated college or need experience

      Cons

      Commission ONLY!! No expenses covered or reimbursed. Long hours working outside 6 days a week, usually till at least 8 PM. Extremely high turn over. They tell you in the interview you'll be meeting with clients but really your just randomly knocking on neighborhood doors. They are constantly opening companies under LLC names so people don't know it's really all one company. Do your research! Altair 12, Think Management Group, Skyline Business Consulting, New Age Management, Scarlet Management, and don't be surprised if you can't find these companies. They probably just changed the names so google the addresses to make connections.
