      Pros

      Big expense account, nice salary. Potential for big bonuses. Decent benefits including ESOT stock shares given to each employee toward their retirement. Great products with a great reputation in the industry. Will invest in manufacturing facilities even in a down market. zero debt with cash on hand. Great job if you are single or don't have a family your care about.

      Cons

      Behind the times, old school industrial company. CEO is stuck in the 1950's. Not a family oriented company, takes pride in the fact that employees don't take vacation and only offer two weeks. software is outdated and won't spend money to upgrade. 99% of companies have moved to a central customer service location, not Okonite, prefers each sales office have their own CS Rep and when that rep goes on vacation, sales is expected to run the office taking time away from the field.

      Good Insurance. Nice co-workers. Interesting industry.

      Cons

      Corp Office is completely disconnected from the district offices. Enable bad managers. Lack of investigation by HR. Poor HR experience. Only concerned about bottom line & willing to let employees suffer from bad management than fire bad managers.
