Kind of what you'd expect from a struggling agency

There were some employee perks that made up for the thick awkwardness.

Cons

Really had individuals with fake personalities. Small agency that struggled to find new clients do to lack of innovation.

Cons

While remote work offers a lot of flexibility, it's challenging to maintain the same level of connection as being in-person. But, management is working on increasing in-person opportunities.

Pros

KF is an incredible place to work. The opportunities for growth within the agency are endless. Mentorship and leadership is fantastic, the clients are interesting and the entire team is great. The retention rate is a testament to the incredible culture and family the team has built. Work life balance and options for mothers are great.

Cons

Like any business, there are workplace politics and some folks play them more than others - but that's life.
