Working with the people/companies who lease spaces at OE was a really good experience, Ladies (BDM's) at each office and lower level staff were a great team.
Cons
CEO is the type who is always enamored by the latest greatest toy and jumps at these types of things over stability of the company, Upper management young and inexperienced and unorganized. Continual feeling as if you are the next to hear the next apprentice to hear "your fired!" with the hand wave. Pay was below market value and raises were only for the "pets."

I completely agree about our awesome franchise owners. Thanks! On the the other hand, the average age of the senior leadership team is 50 with at least 35 years of industry experience between us. "Young and inexperienced" doesn't align with the facts. We have adopted the EOS Management System (look it up) and it has transformed our focus, prioritization and accountability. We are definitely moving the right direction.
Growth has eroded the company culture, they talk a lot about it but when it comes to follow through there is no sustenance.
Poor strategic planning.
Lack of equality and pay. Hardest working individuals in the organization are women, yet they capture a sad percentage of what the men make.

Managing a rapidly growing company is tough and we don't get it right all of the time, but we do get it right most of the time. High scores from FBR, 2 years in a row on the Inc 5000 and now the 4th largest shared-office company and largest franchisor in the country show we are doing something right.
As we expand we have found that some members of the team don't like accelerated pace; they desire a more relaxed time. We wish health and happiness to all departed employees and strongly believe that the perfect fit for them is out there somewhere.
None that I can think of. Totally mis-managed and dishonest company.
Cons
Only on track to reach 100 Franchises in any way possible, then ditch the company.
Completely incompetent CEO from Hawaii who should go back there and surf.
Dishonesty at all levels.
Frequent layoffs. Laid-off a competent Marketing Exec and team in 2018.
Constantly badgering employees on all levels.

While I love Hawaii, I have no plans to move back there. I'm having way too much fun helping OE grow as best I can plus I have 3 daughters who all live on the mainland.
"Doomed" seems to be a stretch. High scores from FBR, 2 years in a row on the Inc 5000 and now the 4th largest shared-office operator in the country show we are doing something right. In addition, most of our competitors are worth hundreds of millions or even billions of dollars. You may be right, but hoping for our success seems like a better way to go.
