Easier to stand out due to the lower overall expertise Autonomy was granted as a result of others' limited project knowledge. Some colleagues were highly skilled professionals, and it was easy to learn from them despite the lack of recognition from leadership. Important clients for really young professionals
Cons
Hard work is rewarded with additional tasks and fewer resources. There is no shared culture among office branches, leading to significant tensions and a lack of cooperation. Some directors often cultivated competition and tension between offices as a strategy to increase revenue. Building personal relationships with leadership is necessary to gain recognition and even advance projects. Sales lacks the basic understanding of any company’s products The chaotic environment and lack of structured processes leads to overwork and impacts productivity No way to grow in your career
