Odoo AU is, primarily, a culture leader when it comes to enjoying your time at work. It is a modern take on the tech industry with a reasonably young, and highly capable team. The product itself is easy to believe in and the general support from Management is strong.

Cons

Odoo AU is limited in that its global control is governed by head office in BE. There are some occasions where one must accept that 'it is just the way it is.' Some people argue the pay x culture trade off isn't worth it, though generally it is not a glaring issue.
