      A big, ALMOST happy family

      Pros

      - Big enough to offer advancements and position changes - Desire to keep their employees happy - Some positions offer travel opportunities

      Cons

      - Humans will be humans and even the happy family has their hateable uncle and judgemental auntie - Recent growth has somewhat forced a more corporate approach to management and marginal benefits were lost in the process (more to come?) - New product is not fully mature and represents a potential risk - Seems cheezy but... no dental.
