This company promotes an old boys club with little regard with women. This includes proper handling of sexual harassment claims. This company protects the worst offenders of bad treatment of women within the hotels they own and manage so that they are groomed to take on bigger roles, to the point that lies are told about those that report it or stand up to it. The guiding principles they preach is complete BS and not something they actually live by.

To many to list. Colleagues in the corporate level is tolerable, I’ve seen worse at other management companies. But on the property or regional level they’ll use and exploit you until you have no more value before discarding you like a piece of trash. I did not really run my hotel as advice from another GM within my region is more credible. These people knew what conditions the hotel was in and became oblivious and looking for scapegoat when QA comes around and low and behold, we fail. Act surprise and pushes responsibility away from them. If you’re not part of their “group” you won’t last long.
