Pros

Excellent health insurance Flexible Spending Account Flex-Time

Cons

1) The current administration that vilifies Federal employees - Terrible culture. 2) Too many GS-14 managers who only delegate their work to the lower levels, hold unproductive meetings just for the sake of having a meeting, and talk too much thereby wasting time. 3) Unreasonable work load due to not being able to replace employees who retire/resign and the GS-14's only delegating and not helping. 4) Loss of telework benefit due to Trump administration

Pros

We still (for now) have good benefits.

Cons

The leadership at OSHA is terrible. Everything is about number and not at all employee health and safety. The regional level leadership uses compliance officers to throw under the bus. Zero appreciation. This new administration has really shown how much they do not care about us. If I could give negative stars for senior leadership I would.
