High school cliquey Shady HR If you're not in with the ownership crowd, you will eventually get fired or pushed out the door. After watching many originals getting fired, people started resigning when they saw the pattern.

The co-workers were friendly and surprisingly dedicated.

Cons

The company hired me to be a change agent, but when push came to shove they were not interested in change at all. The company is sill running on old systems that are clunky and not conducive to quick turn-around changes that clients want and need. No structure around project management, no documentation, very poor communication.
