Pros
Working at PVA TePla OKOS allows you to learn a lot of useful skills. Great company, good benefits, awesome opportunities, excellent experiences. Everyone is very friendly. Managers support you and help you grow. So much opportunity for growth if you take advantage.
Cons
I can't really say there's a downside. It is a serious job, and you have to work hard. Company is growing, maybe need more physical space.
