      Pros

      There are good people and chill environment. We got to leave early on Fridays too!

      Cons

      Suffers from some organizational issues and a flat business structure. Perhaps motivational problems in some departments and a few bad eggs but such is life.

      Pros

      I was able to learn many skills involving electrical engineering, computer engineering and mechanical engineering. Company has started focusing more on the software development and web development projects. You have almost 100% control for the project that you are working on. Management is very friendly and can accomendate your needs to work out special working hours. Staffs are very friendly. work-life balance is good, and has growth potential

      uprooting every 2 yrs., changes in administration = changes in initiatives, some sharp elbows, some bad managers.
