      None. Do not waste your time

      -Management do not know how to run a business - Will lie to your face about what the job entails. You stand in either Sam's Club or Costco selling internet or Bath remodel appointments for 8 hours on a regular day (up to 11.5 on road shows) -Will lie to your face about work schedule -Will lie to your face about duties -*IF* you stay long enough to be a corporate trainer, you will be told to lie to interviewees about working there -The culture is selfish and toxic -Employee turnover is astonishingly high. In my short time there, at least 10 people got hired then quit. half of them didn't even go through Orientation THIS IS A SCAM OF A BUSINESS

      Stay away from this company ! Basically a pyramid scheme with no career growth They make up job titles and are just looking for people to fill up office space

      Reviewer, We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us. We have to admit we are a bit confused here. Pyramid schemes are illegal and if we were one how on earth would we be able to get contracts with huge nationwide clients that thoroughly vet the companies they work with? We are a simply an independent business incorporated within the state of Illinois and we do offer plenty of opportunity for growth and advancement for those that are interested. It seems that it is a typical response to brand something unfamiliar in a negative light just simply because individuals don't understand it and we recognize that which is why we do our best to educate our employees on our process, growth structure and culture. As far as job titles we will look into our listings, yet we comb through them to ensure that we post transparent and clear positions. When it comes to filling office space that seems like an odd claim as people are actually doing the opposite right now in light of the pandemic. Again we are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us, but we hope you were able to learn something from it as we did from your feedback and we wish you the best of luck on your search.       Pros

      I have loved working at OBRO so far! I know starting a new job can be a bit overwhelming at times, but I feel as if I have had all the necessary training and resources to help me grow with the company. The team is awesome and the pay structure benefits those who are willing to work hard.

      I have not experienced any cons so far!
