You can do nothing and get paid for it. If you want to manage a business and do a job on the side then this is the company for you.
Cons
No career growth. The management has no interest in growing the company. There are no equal opportunities. Those who get the opportunities, stand out while those who don't do absolutely nothing and stagnate their growth. The technologies used are old and there is no culture whatsoever.
