This company is just one huge pyramid scheme. They work under a popular umbrella company selling satellite tv to customers. The work is not hard, but the management is terrible. They don't pay what you're owed, they tell you to lie to customers to get sales, and they make big promises to you about your "future". The people who work there are also snobbish and use you to do their work for them. They show up the the stores late and tell you to sell to the customers while they just hang out playing in their phones all day. They are supposed to be training people and instead they're kicking back and taking it easy. Just research this company online by checking their address. It shows up under two different company names. They keep changing their name because of all the bad reviews. Beware!
