      Pros

      1. Personable Principal staff 2. Quick and Painless interview process 3. The support staff communicates with the employee on a regular time frame. 4. The positions advertised are right on the money for an IT Professional

      Cons

      1. Employee Handbook and other documents are being send via Email. I think a personal face to face meeting to handle paperwork of this nature would be better. But my tenure was during COVID...so at least the process could be handled over the wire and maintain Business Continuity..

      Nutechs is a great contract house

      Pros

      Nutechs always treated me fairly and cared about my goals and needs as an employee. The HR department is great. Always answered my questions and helped me get the most of my benefits. The recruiting crew is amazing. Always kept in touch and looking to make sure I was in a contract that fit my needs and goals.

      Cons

      Never really had any that I would call a negative about Nutechs.
