Cons
Has issues with fabrication and timely delivery.Compared to competition, quality of installed product is not up to standard, issues with finish quality. Has a culture of hire and fire policy, Continuous High employee turnover. Upper management focuses on profit margins and does not do enough to take action on identified repetitive issues within the organization that has been effecting the profit. Overall work load is high, and gets overwhelming due to always having to remedy issues with fabricated product. Compensation and benefits are within industry standard, but increase in salary hard to get after working a few years. Makes promises of increases and bonus but does not come through with it. Not a company to work long term with.
