Management leave you alone most of the time
Cons
Glorified labour hire. No one is doing real consulting work outside director level. Consultants expected to go to head office once a month and work through lunch as a connecting effort, waste of time. Leadership are often disorganised and comms are an afterthought. Portfolio is not big or interesting enough for consistent work and anyone deemed not a good fit for current client list will be out the door. Limited benefits.

Novon works with some incredible clients like Macquarie bank, Westpac, Qantas, Virgin, Woolies, etc. Typically working across exciting data transformation projects.
Cons
Ever evolving world due to rapid technology changes, often challenging to keep up without investment in training/up-skilling (which Novon provides).
