Pros
Great people at Rochester. Both teams, chemists and engineers have experts capable of doing a world-class R&D from a micro-scale to commercial scale processes. Great opportunity to learn different lab techniques and processes.
Cons
Lack of employee respect with a complete disconnect between upper management (corporate bosses ) and basic employees. All departments are under staffed while corporate headquarters has an army of incompetent managers creating a hostile disrespectful environment with heavy micromanagement. No clear strategy, priorities and objectives are changing almost every month.
