Very bright people, for the most part. You get to build cool technology. Engineers and management are helpful and easy to get along with. They're very open to suggestions and feedback, as long as they're helpful.
Cons
Can get chaotic at times. Some more structure and organization will help. Few opportunities for growth. Very little performance feedback from management, if any.
