      The people are so nice, very low amounts of politics. Fascinating technology and accessible experts to learn about it. Ethical and upstanding business practices.

      Things move quickly, roles and responsibilities change regularly. Sometimes too process-heavy. Not everyone is open to change or trying to do things better for the sake of improving.
