Flexible schedule, great co-workers, product has potential to actually help people
Cons
Bad management, lack of communication, poor culture -- leadership will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat. The CEO has no business running a company, he's a sales guy who has severly mismanaged the product, rolling it out too quickly, not bothering to do any real beta testing, and not having the resources in place to support it. Everything is urgent because management is scattered and changes course at the drop of a hat. No strategy, everything is driven by ego.
