      Pros

      There are a few good employees, warehouse manager was awesome

      Cons

      Place is a complete joke, over 10 long term employees left in less than a year once the new ceo came on. I had talks with people after they quit and told me they had enough drama and were more or less forced out. Lots of intimidation from the higher ups, it was disgusting and I’m so glad I got out when I did. Now I have an amazing job where I’m recognized and paid much more than norwex. Would have taken me over 10 years at norwex to make what I do now, and I even doubt I’d ever make what I do now.

      Pros

      - make own hours, - stay at home with kids, - help others to go 'green', - not alone, you always have the Nowex 'team' to go to, - meet and socialize with new people all the time, - earn min of $35 hr, no glass ceiling, - room to do as big or as little as you like.

      Cons

      Need to approach everyone, - sometimes no/slow business, - dealing with customers that aren't happy

      Work at your own pace. Commission, achievable targets ( if desired), fun. Has a good reputation, great company. Not a bad side gig.

      Cons

      It’s up to you how much you make. You have to find your own leads. If you are exhausted that can be challenging.
