Pros
The staff is incredibly welcoming, almost like you're joining the family, and make sure to recognize individuals for their hard work. The work competitive but not demanding in any way. It's a great opportunity for college students wanting to get a part-time job that give you exposure to a somewhat professional work environment. They are also really flexible when it comes to fitting you into the schedule as well as giving everyone a fair amount of shifts
Cons
Since a good portion of the staff are comprised of undergraduate college students, there is a lack of professionalism and common courtesy at times. Their training process also seems to lack a bit of depth and thoroughness, but nothing that can't be fixed over time.

Easy-going atmosphere, overall lax management, good way to get started in sales/leasing.
Cons
Work too hard for non-adequate pay, management is too sensitive to things that hinder a whole day's work.
