      Benefits from parent company NorthPoint Development

      Cons

      People are being let go without any warnings and zero transparency. Executive team tells you to trust them, but the company direction changes every couple of weeks and if you have any differing ideas/opinions, you are told this will be discussed in a private meeting between the executive team... and you'll be promptly let go.

      Working for a company that says they’re innovative but isn’t. Controlling culture - no working from home Not for experienced professionals - young culture that doesn’t support new initiatives or feedback for change. Lack of real mentorship - the only mentoring happening includes meeting someone new from a different business sector when you first start.

      Great operations team miss working with them all, solid benefits from the parent company, on-site gym and ping pong table! Friday beers in the office.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency when the company's goals shift, without warning, it's either be the right person on the bus or get off. To state that we are a company that will find value elsewhere and won't be laying off people is a tough look when in the coming weeks you intend lay off 20% of your workforce.
