      Pros

      Benefits (breakfast and lunch at office, gym, private health insurance, budget for sport activities) Cooperative working environment Lots of friendly, cool and smart people People actually show up and do their best at the job. It's very cool to work with people who care about the job as much as you do.

      Cons

      Even though pay is above average for the market, the talent that works there is worth more. Therefore lot of the times people leave for jobs with even better pay.
