      Supportive team with great communication and check-ins

      Pros

      The team regularly checks in on me to see how I’m doing and whether I need any support. They genuinely care about their employees and maintain close communication. Whenever I’ve had an issue or question, they’ve always been willing to help and work toward a solution.

      Cons

      So far, I haven’t had any major concerns. Communication and support have been very positive overall.

      Cons

      - Fast paced environment not apt for everyone - Challenging career opportunities due to a small sized propetary team - Some new incorporations may be too junior increasing overhead for senior staff
