Pros
- Tech-driven. They use latest technology, continious integration, open for personal growth. - Very nice, direct forward and hands-on CTO. - Company flat. Accomodation is a very big problem in Münich. - Fast growing. A lot of nice products. - Free fruit Juice, coffe and instant tea.
Cons
- Management is not %100 honest and clear. There is always some shenanigans like charging different people different prices for the company flat rent and assuming people don't get it. - Management also always calculate every small thing, trying to squeeze up money from everything, everyone. Good to make up excuses. - Poor inter-personal communication. Very individualized. - %110 devotion is being expected from the employee but it's mostly not recognized or valued. It's perceived as a must by default. - Low salaries for Münich standards. Eventhough almost maximum that they can pay to be honest.
