Pros
- Opportunity to get familiar with all products - Regular business/work hours, 9am-5pm, 8am-4pm - There is work/life balance here because they will not pay you over your allotted hours
Cons
- Company is full of "know it alls" who can't even figure out how to turn on an amplifier, have witnessed this on multiple occasions - Owners/Management are racists and hire friends with zero experience to manipulate and harass good workers into quitting - Frathouse mentality- racist and misogynistic minds will move up in company - Fat cats on top do absolutely nothing all day except order people to get them Dunkin Donuts - They will intentionally hire unqualified people to work alongside you and if you complain they accuse you of being a "rat", mafia-wannabe mentality - Favoritism and Nepotism like I've never seen anywhere else - Company very resistant to any form of change, even if it's beneficial to the company - Exploits company brand name as a creative/liberal company on paper but will fight against those ideas internally - Company repeatedly hires unqualified people, those unqualified people would show 2-3 hours late for work and immediately hide and take a nap, resulting in me having double the amount of daily work, would explain this to HR and my boss only to have them respond with, "What is your problem?" and "Why are you ratting out your coworker?" - My supervisor did not have the skills to be one and would sexually harass all female employees daily with no consequence, as well as badmouth all employees he's supposed to be supervising behind their backs. This supervisor also was happy to take credit for ideas and technical solutions that were not his own. When walking by his work computer I would see the most inappropriate Google Image search inquiries like, "2019 hot female babes", or "hot celebrities". Not the brightest. - Warehouse is full of religion fanatics, I overheard so many racist and homophobic remarks daily in passing, this would effect production - Absolutely no care in final products' quality, owner would choose terrible quality 3 cent jacks over 5 cent input jacks, that kinda stuff. - Management always intentionally manipulates any opportunities to advance in the company unless you're a relative or frat brother - No mutual respect from management or supervisors
