      Pros

      Very friendly co-workers and very involved upper management.

      Cons

      Unrealistic “goals” that have loopholes to create failure even if you meet them. Secretive pay structure barely meeting minimum wage. Team leaders and immediate superiors all have a creepy obsession with advancement of newer employees and encourage memorization of “systems”for sales rather than understanding and mastery of fundamentals.

      Pros

      Fast paced growth and positive company culture There was a lot of opportunity for upward growth to executive management in a short time. Learned a ton which really helped me when I moved to my new position. Lots of positive upbeat people that are super motivated.

      Cons

      Time commitment is hard since some weekends are involved. I have prior commitments on weekends that prevented me from being able to finish the program. Driving to the events that were sometimes 30 minutes away was hard.

      Pros

      Learned a lot about Sales and was a good start to my business career

      Cons

      Long hours, few days off, was constantly at work whether on the job, or mandatory morning meetings (even if you had the day off), or at socials you were surrounded at work nonstop. NO work life balance. They sugarcoat the opportunity that is there giving you false hope; this company is a scam do not work for them!
