New Code is a great company with a lot of opportunities to learn and work with major companies.

Pros
People are friendly and the working environment is good. Working time is flexible and people are results-driven. Not much pressure from the team leader.
Cons
Workload sometimes is a little bit heavy and emplyees need to be able to oncall at night when the clients need to have meetings.
