Pros
A lot of time alone in office to study with a laid back atmosphere. Only a few people in the office at a time, so it is fairly quiet when you need it to be.
Cons
Under paid and at times the workload can be too much for one person to handle. Tenants can be difficult to deal with at times. The owner tends to call during nonbusiness hours for help with office related things.
