Co-workers, environment, great hours and benefits, location right off the highway

Cons

management uneducated, no real growth oppurtunities, American run organization don't understand canadian human resources. No job security regardless of duties and task their motto is no one is irreplaceable. Very low pay no raise in 2 years with no raise in sight for years to come.

It is rewarding to be able to help save lives when we dispatch drivers to transport livers, kidneys, lungs, heart valves etc.

Cons

They don't pay enough to keep quality people that they have invested money to train. They have a VERY HIGH TURN OVER RATE. Also it creates low morale when you have a manager that doesn't know how the employees do their job because he can't do it but still gets paid a bonus because of the work WE DO.

24 hour facility, this is useful to someone needing to work a night shift

Cons

Pay, you can work here for YEARS and do the work load of three employees without receivibg a raise in pay, Insurance, PTO, disorganized, no room for growth. Doesn't care about staff
