Apart from pay, they have nothing to offer to the employees.

The Sr. Management is totally indifferent towards what is happenning to the employees.
You would see so many people coming and going from the company but they don't care at all.
They have pretty good background in firing people in a day's notice.
Sometimes if the employee himself resigns getting frustrated, they don't even release him easily and he is stuck for at least 6-10 months for his relieving papers.
Even for interviews, they give a very false impression about the company and would ask people to come down for a Face to Face interview from other regions. After that you get stuck in getting your flight tickets reimbursed. They even stop picking up your phones after that and you get frustrated but you cannot do anything.
The higher management in the US and the UK is good but they do not know what's happenning here in India.
