      the colleges are good, friendly, paycheck is low,and the management part is bad as it gets.

      Paycheck is on time. Two shifts, 06-14h and 14h - 22h

      Cons

      pay is low. Management need to start doin their job. Next to no bonuses and workload increases all the time but pay stays the same.

      flexibility, easy job to understand / do

      Cons

      compensations minimum; benefits almost inexistent; career opportunities: on favours; good starting point if you are a student but not to stay there.
