Pros

1. The people are awesome and amazing in every department with which I interacted! 2. There is a great, positive work "culture" and people really try to make it work despite being fully remote. 3. Unlimited PTO and they do back this up, along with other great benefits like pet insurance and rewards for great work! 4. SDRs, Managers and the VP for BD care and are really great people who take getting to know you on a personal level. I’d 100% work for them again. 5. Pay was competitive for entry level SDRs.

Cons

1. Horrible health insurance that hopefully changes. They cover everything but it’s a nightmare to deal with an open-access plan nobody has heard of. 2. For SDRs, there was a 60% floor you must hit to earn commission and then commission is capped at 200%. 3. It did not appear possible to be promoted to an AE. There is no path. The teams focus on hiring sales reps with 5+ years closing experience in SaaS and healthcare… from outside the org. I felt I would be stuck as an SDR here for years. I did not see any internal promotions from SDR to AE happening.

Moving to offshore resources

Pros

Unlimited PTO is nice to have

Cons

This used to be a great place to work where employees were respected and treated like family. But that is not the case anymore. The company recently laid off a large chunk of their QA department so they can bring in cheaper offshore resources. At an all company call, the CEO said that the people who were unhappy with the changes can either get onboard or leave. They also announced there will be no raises this year, but executive level management will still be getting their bonuses. Executive management is totally tone deaf

Pros

Stay as far Away from net health as possible. They’ve made it painfully apparent they don’t care about their employees. No raises, so they could lay off many staff members and hire cheaper off shore labor. Told I’d we don’t like it we can leave. Never ever work for net health! Supporters are treated as dispensable while simultaneously being told they can’t grow within the company for 2 years! So basically, if you like living in poverty with constant stress, and being treated like trash? this may be the company for you

Cons

Disrespect Poor leadership No pay raises Company getting worse and worse
