Pros

Provides training for Google analytics, optimizing Google Business profiles. Positions were 100% remote, work from home.

Cons

Company is hiring less American employees and cutting cost by hiring Belize customer support reps. Management didn't have a lot of training material and assigned projects to teammates to create documentation for them and said it was to "help teams learn products and processes". Work was remote, so you had to schedule meetings with managers to help angry customers, managers schedules were booked up a day or two out causing delays to resolving customer complaints and issues.
