Pros
Lots to learn, easy to communicate with team members, flexibility & variation in projects , friendly environment. Great for a young professional to develop their portfolio. My advice to young people in the industry, Learn as much as you can from your team members & ask for help from management.
Cons
May lack professional advancement, management isn't too keen on promoting or recognizing hard work so don't burn yourself out.
