      Pros

      My favorite thing about Nearpod is that they gave sufficient time to research and do things right. I also had great collaboration there and enjoyed my interactions with my teammates.

      Cons

      I think they were in the process of correcting it when I moved on to a different opportunity, but the career path beyond Senior Software Engineer was not clear.
