Pros
I really enjoyed my time at Navigon until 2009 when the writing was in the wall and it was time to move on. Recession was in full force and took the gps market with it.
Cons
Unfortunately, the old Navigon US is no more and the Chicago office has been closed. It's spirit lives on as part of Garmin though.

Very difficult business environment. Outlook from development and product management is not global enough.
