There are no pros .. I wish I had read these before I wasted my time.

Cons

As the others have said, the Mgmt is a group of egotistical, HR violating poor excuse for Managers. There is no empowerment, only rule by fear and manipulation. The HR "team" is also a joke, turning their head and allowing the practices to continue. It is a hostile environment to work in. I wouldn't recommend my enemies.

Great building, Great people, an ESOP company (employee owned) so employees actually earn ownership shares in the company and upon retirement get a nice payout for the shares they earn throughout their tenure, stable work environment, incredible growth. Truly if you give 100% you get much more than that back.
