      Pros

      I found the best employer I could ever ask for! Teammates are supportive, great working environment and culture, and management is transparent. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow and lastly, micromanaging is not in the company's vocabulary as well.

      Cons

      Been in the company for 7 months now and have no cons I've encountered so far.

      Pros

      I am fortunate to be able to work at this company. Lacey, Angela, and the rest of the team are just awesome! They are always there to help without any hesitation.

      Cons

      It may seem a bit challenging for me sometimes because I'm new to the [requisition] industry I am tasked to work on, but it becomes a learning experience to me. They always guide me and I am happy that I learn something new everyday. Indeed, they are best recruiters in Seattle! *Not a cons :)

      Pros

      I start and end my day very satisfied with my work. Our thoughts and ideas are considered and we are mentored very well. It's great how I was asked of what I want to develop and are given all the right tools to achieve it. I greatly appreciate when I was asked what pronouns should be used when addressing me. NWRP made me discover what I'm really good at and also get rewarded for it. I'm very excited for what our growing team can accomplish!
