NT has given me a great overall experience so far in my employment here. It is a great company to work for. Everyone knows everyone here and it feels like family. There's supportive and friendly environment, good people culture (great colleagues), flat hierarchy, flexible working from home hours It's nice that you can take the initiatives and you make your own decision
Cons
- Adtech industry is quite complicated and it is difficult to predict how it is going to be in the future - The tasks can be a bit chaotic - Sometimes mid and top management lack experience

I've been working at NT for 6 months for now. It's a good place for gaining experience in digital. The company provides you with all necessary learning materials. People who work there help you to adapt easily to the world of digital advertising. Dynamic company that is open for new challenges.
