      Pros

      Certain managers within the business do offer valuable guidance and support. The office location is nice - the surrounding areas of Regents Place The administrator is very friendly

      Cons

      The Managing Director(s) of practices doesn't listen to employees concerns. Things are almost ignored. The leadership team support the high performers and don't bother to build relationships with anybody billing less than £200k HR doesn't do their job properly - almost supports bad management.

      Thank you for your feedback, which we do appreciate it, be it good bad, or indifferent. Providing support and encouragement to all colleagues is a priority for us at NP. As you know we’ve recently introduced monthly “NP Voice” sessions for colleagues to feed back to the leadership team on aspects of the business you think should be improved. This has been well received and many of the suggestions and ideas have now been actioned. As you may also be aware we’ve been conducting a full review of our Training offering. A revised and improved series of training modules are being rolled out to all consultants this coming quarter.

      Thank you for your feedback. We are doing our best to be inclusive and treat everyone fairly. We have worked a lot on the company’s culture and D&I in the past years and as a result, our attrition rate is really low at the moment. However, we will continue to work on all these programs to ensure that we are creating the best environment for everyone at NP.

      Great Workplace and People

      Pros

      People here are so lovely who become part of a family. Management allow you to have autonomy over what areas of where you want to focus and have a a dedicated career path. The office is a place where you want to come into everyday. The comments left on here doesn't represent NP at all. I would recommend people to come and have a look yourself.
