I worked here for 3 years, good company to work for. The managers really helped me grow from a child into an adult. I joined when I was only 19. I learned everything I know today from them and wouldn’t be the person I am now without them. They have really helped me to excel in my career and I’ve now got such valuable skills and loads of confidence. Sam Blake especially always made me feel so comfortable, I could go to him for anything. I was never made to do anything I didn’t want to do. Both Sam and Andy have your best interest at heart. I got to experience some amazing incentives and lunch clubs along the way! Memories I will cherish forever. The culture was a mixture of laid back and fun, but also extremely dedicated and hard working. Team work was a big thing at Nexere. this is what people look for these days, rather than a toxic cut throat one.
Working hours 9-5 is also great especially in the recruitment industry.
Salary was £25,000 basic which is normal in this industry at my level.
Cons
I feel they lacked Training. It was never consistent enough, but saying this, I still managed to learn what I needed to anyway from the senior consultants.
