You can try all their tasty chocolates - Very nice schedule and no work on weekends - The CEO is a good person, involved in his business and check every now and then how things are going on in both of his stores - real work life balance - most of the time pleasant customers at the counter - high food quality, very healthy
Cons
Salary is very low for SF cost of life - tips are moderate - managers somehow don't really know how to deal with baristas - unprofessionalism amongst former store managers - no room for growth
