      Pros

      The product, the Rapael Smart Glove is a fun, active finger & hand rehabilitation solution.

      Cons

      1 Their way or the highway. 2 Micromanagement 3 Terrible office environment. 4 No growth opportunities or career ladder. It's a painful experience. When you work for an incompetent boss, you not only have a ringside view of the constant leadership fails your boss stumbles through but also bear the impact of his obvious discomfort. Management will exert influence where ever he can. New rules and policies are constantly added and changed not necessarily for the benefit of employees or customers. These only stop the forward motion of the team. Some things don't make sense but don't try to speak up about it. Read the first sentence.

      There are a lot of pros working at Neofect! It's an amazing startup company with a ton of potential for growth! Great startup environment, with very good benefits, and pay!

      Cons

      Not really a lot of cons! The only thing I didn't like, but its a personal preference, is that we were paid hourly.
