Incredible coworkers and culture. Unclear advancement paths
Pros
The people are what made NCW special. I worked alongside some truly incredible coworkers and built relationships that I will continue to value long after leaving the company. The culture among employees is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable. If you are motivated and willing to take initiative, there are opportunities to learn new skills, improve processes, and make a meaningful impact on the organization.
Cons
Communication and follow-through from leadership can be inconsistent. In my experience, responsibilities often evolved faster than titles, compensation, and organizational recognition. While employees are encouraged to take ownership and contribute beyond their job descriptions, there is not always a clear path for advancement when those contributions grow beyond the scope of the original role.
